Today was christmas! How exciting. Except not really. I actually started setting up my keyboard and then i realized that theres no actual spot in my room to put it. So for now its in front of my closet and then i just have to move it to get my clothes. Or if i wanna look at something on the computer to play i have to move it in front of the door into my room. God damn drawers take up all my rooms space. Also the keyboard came with a damper pedal thingy, (thats that pedal on the piano that makes everything echo) But it does the exact opposite of whatsits supposed to do. Its supposed to make it echo when you press it, but this one echoes when you dont press it and stops echoing when you do. That basically made it impossible to use so i just keep that unplugged and it works normally without the echo. The echo isnt even necesary so its still fine.
The good thing about the keyboard is that now i can watch little youtube tutorial things and then play them with the piano right next to the computer. Its alot easier and it has way more songs that i can find than sheet music. People also have funny new york accents in the videos.
Anyway today we had christmas dinner and my brothers girlfriend was there. Im getting tired of having to eat so many holiday-related dinners. And theres more to come. Tomorrow i have to go to another dinner with my dads doctor friend. And then therell probably be another bunch of dinners in New Mexico.
Then we watched the Mummy in China movie. It was enjoyable because i got to sit there and point out historical innaccuracies. They were so foolish to think that the Qin dynasty built the great wall.
Then i came here and blogged. I learned that someone interesting reads my blog today. I hope they really enjoyed this post today.
Gosh darnit something in my room keeps beeping every hour and i dont know what it is. But it seriously needs to stop.
Tomorrow everythings on sale apparently because none of the stores could sell anything for the holidays because the economy sucks. I might go to some stores to buy stuff since my parents gave me some money to buy clothes with for christmas. Unfortunatly im poor so i can probably only afford to go to Target. But im still mad at them for not hiring me. Ive realized that at the exact same time as im basically broke everything is ridiculously cheap and by the time i get a job and start making money itll probably be back to being expensive again. How ironic.
