Blogging Away to College

so ive been at college for a while now. Its been pretty fun. Ive been really busy, which is why ive blogged so infrequently. Also theres like no alone time for me to blog by myself since when i am in my room my roommates usually there. And i cant blog when someones there. So anyway time to recount my college adventures.
Up until today i thought people were way overstating how much work you have to do in college. But then i actually sat down and had to do work today and I realized that you have to do a shitload of work in college. In fact right now im just procrastinating from doing more work. But really isnt that the whole point of blogging anyway? Today Ive had to read some book by a 18th century philosopher and im not done yet, read two different books for international relations, and i still need to read some stuff by some really old theologian and read the Odyssey. But enough about school. I need to recount my adventures.
Well yesterday me and some kid went to target and bought some nerf guns. Dont ask. Its a regis hall thing. I also got oatmeal and wheat thins! Then I went downtown with people on the L. I sat next to a crazy guy! He said i was rocking alot and then though some woman who wasnt there was someone hed done before. At least he was nicer than the other homeless guy who yelled fuck you at me the other day at starbucks. Chicago has a lot of crazy homeless people. Anyway we went downtown and tried to get into some jazz fest but they wouldnt let us in. I suppose i dont even like jazz though so its not a big deal. Then we just roamed around for a while inthe city. Then we watched prom night. It was a pretty bad movie. Ive watched so many movies in the past two weeks. Like literally one movie a night. I cant even remember most of them Ive seen so many.
Labor day weekend is really weird. Like half the campus left and went home, and theyve only been here for a week. My roommate was included in this half of the campus and i gotta say, it was kinda nice getting the privacy and all. Well this concludes my first blog post from college so yea. There you go
